刪除你的帳號與資料

兩種方式都可以。不用安裝 App 也能申請。

在 App 裡申請

在漫海的海面上，點左上角的設定，選刪除這艘木筏。
按「送出去」就是申請。email 可以不填；填了的話，刪完時我們會寫信告訴你。

不用安裝 App：寫信給我們

寄信到：

主旨寫「刪除帳號」。
我們會回信告訴你接下來怎麼做。

這一版還沒有 Apple 或 Google 綁定，你的木筏沒有連到任何能辨認你的資料，所以我們沒辦法只從一封信認出哪一艘是你的。如果 App 還在你手機上，請在 App 裡申請（海面左上角的設定 → 刪除這艘木筏）——那份申請會帶著你木筏的編號，我們才找得到它。

多久完成

收到申請之後 30 天內完成刪除；有留 email 的，完成時會寫信告訴你。

會刪除的

你的木筏、木筏外觀、找到的電台與設定
你替別人取的私名、封鎖與結束的關係
「哪一封公開信交到了你手上」的紀錄
你寄出但還沒送達的信（停止投遞）
推播用的裝置代碼

會留下的，以及留多久

已經送到別人手上的信：以去識別的方式留在對方的日誌裡，因為那是對方收到的東西。我們無法刪除對方手機裡已經保存的副本。
反饋與申請（包括這一次刪除申請）：案件結束後保留 180 天。
檢舉、處置紀錄與必要的濫用證據：處置結束後最多保留一年。

Delete your account and data

Either way works. You don’t need the app installed.

From the app

In Slowsea, tap Settings in the top-left corner of the sea and choose Delete this raft.
Tapping “Send” is the request. The email is optional; if you leave one, we’ll write when it’s done.

Without the app: email us

Write to:

hello@slowsea.app

Use the subject “Delete my account.”
We’ll write back and tell you what happens next.

This version doesn’t yet let you link Apple or Google, so your raft isn’t connected to anything that identifies you, and we can’t tell from an email alone which raft is yours. If the app is still on your phone, please request deletion inside it (Settings in the top-left corner of the sea → Delete this raft) — that request carries your raft’s ID, which is how we find it.

How long it takes

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. If you left an email, we’ll write when it’s done.

What is deleted

Your raft, its look, the stations you’ve found, and your settings
Private names you gave people, blocks, and ended connections
The record of which public letters were handed to you
Letters you sent that haven’t been delivered yet (delivery stops)
Your device’s push notification token

What stays, and for how long

Letters already delivered to someone else stay in their logbook in de-identified form, because they are what that person received. We can’t delete copies already saved on someone else’s phone.
Feedback and requests (including this deletion request): 180 days after the case is closed.
Reports, enforcement records, and necessary evidence of abuse: up to one year after the matter is closed.
